3. Candidate Services

3.1. Registration: Candidates may be required to register an account and provide certain personal information to access full services. 3.2. Resume and Profile Submission: By submitting your resume, CV, or profile information, you grant Fortis Recruitment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your information for the purpose of providing recruitment services, including sharing it with potential Clients.

3.3. Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to Fortis Recruitment. Fortis Recruitment accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Candidates.

3.4. No Guarantee of Placement: While Fortis Recruitment will use reasonable endeavours to assist Candidates in finding suitable employment, we do not guarantee placement. The decision to offer employment rests solely with the Client.

3.5. Confidentiality: Fortis Recruitment will treat Candidate information with confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

4. Client Services

4.1. Service Agreements: Specific terms and conditions relating to recruitment services for Clients (e.g., fees, payment terms, placement guarantees) will be outlined in separate service agreements or contracts between Fortis Recruitment and the Client. These Website Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with, and where there is a conflict, are superseded by, such specific service agreements.

4.2. Job Postings: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all job postings and information provided to Fortis Recruitment are accurate, complete, lawful, and non-discriminatory. Fortis Recruitment reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4.3. Confidentiality: Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Candidate information provided by Fortis Recruitment and to use such information solely for the purpose of evaluating potential employment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Fortis Recruitment Limited, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows: * Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials. * You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes. * You may print one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
